Best Selling Elvis Books For September 2008

The 10 best selling Elvis books in the USA (based on store and online sales) during September 2008 were:

    1. Last Train to Memphis, Peter Guralnick
    2. Who Was Elvis Presley?, Geoff Edgers
    3. Careless Love, Peter Guarlnick
    4. Fortunate Son: The Life of Elvis Presley, Charles L. Ponce De Leon
    5. Graceland: An Interactive Pop-Up Tour
    6. All Shook Up: The Life & Death of Elvis Presley, Barry Denenberg
    7. Life: Remembering Elvis: 30 Years Later
    8. Elvis & Me, Priscilla Presley
    9. Me and A Guy Named Elvis: My Lifelong Friendship with Elvis Presley, Jerry Schilling
    10. Elvis By the Presleys, Priscilla Presley, Lisa Presley
These obviously don't include the great books like The Concert YEars, Tunzi's stuff etc....I guess this is for all the official releases.

Yes they are Shelley, I'm right now on Careless Love, and I can say they are probably the best and specific books about things that I've read!

    Careless Love
    Last Train To Memphis
    Elvis And Me
    Life
Me And A Guy Named Elvis
    Elvis By The Presleys

I guess Sonny's book didn't make it to the top 10

    You surely did Brad.

By the way, has anyone else here read the book Inside Elvis by his karate instructor Ed Parker? That has to be by far my favorite book written by a friend.
