I've read about this before on a newsgroup. Can't remember what the conclusion was other than that it was a mistake. I believe it's based on a wrong setlist printed by a person who wrote a concertreview of a local newspaper.
Now I found on Elvisconcerts.com page a setlist of show from 27th April 1976! It looks like this:

Sweet child in time
you?ll see the line
line that?s drawn between
good and bad
see the blind man
shooting at the world
bullets flying taking toll
If you?ve been a bad
oh Lord I bet you have
and you?ve not been hit
by flying led
you?d better close your eyes
you?d better bow your head and
wait for the ricochet
- Lyrics of most beautiful song in rock music ever!!!
