Your aunt's name isn't Sandy is it by chance?

Wow I just love that "Sweet Inspirations" song! Oh that must of been so exciting waiting for Elvis to appear! I just get excited reading about it! I get so sad thinking that I will Never in my lifetime get to experience it! So I am so thankful that I get to hear about your stories Rosanne and Gail! This may sound really silly but when I do go to a concert of some sort, in my mind I am thinking that I am to an Elvis concert and all the excitement is for him!

The dinner at the show was New York Steak and Potatoe with a big old salad!! I think they also had chicken but I always got the steak - can't say that I ever ate much - was too excited to eat!! They had that service down pat - get 'em in, get 'em fed so the show can start!
What great memories of that showroom! I wish every Elvis fan could have experienced it just once!!
You are half right...one option was a steak. The other choice was lobster, which is what I always had. You know how I am about red meat. And...you know how I am about lobster!

Guess that's why I didn't remember it - don't like lobster. Did they offer chicken too or was that before chicken was hot???

No chicken...only steak or lobster, best I can remember. We are going to have to work on your food tastes before Memphis!

I met a lady that said she lived in Vegas and her brother had a great job at the hotel in 70 or 71 and took her to work with him every night so she could see Elvis 29 days in a row for free! I asked her if she could remember what he smelled like, and she said she can remember everything. She got a kiss almost every night, and he smelled incredably clean, no cologne, and he would look into her eyes and made her feel it was all for her. She said he made everyone feel that way. And that he was so much better looking in person up close, and that no picture had ever done him justice. His eyes showed his incredable soul, that no picture could ever capture. She to wished she would have been older, cause she said she could have gotten to really hang out with him, or so she thought. She was a real pretty lady so I bet she was a cute and previlaged she. She said she never took it for granted and the concerts never got monotnous and Elvis always looked great and sounded great.
I wouldnt come back out there for love nor money.
