How Much Of Your Everyday Life Do You Devote To ELVIS

Since first hearing Elvis in 1956 I have devoted at least two or three hours a day to him, ie: listening to him, reading every piece of NEWS saving for every Mag or Book, arguing with disbelievers, some of whom were downright rude about him, and fighting to the death to make sure you won and got your point hammered home.. and best of all "Hangin out" outside your record store on the day of the release of a new single or Album, and in between time raise my Family..

All this mixed in with being a fulltime working Musician (Again thanks to our man), how many times you Guy's from the 50's & 60's did you sit through his Movies in one day? Would you have done this for any other performer? I don't think so!!

Why do I get up every morning and check TCB- WORLD out on my PC, nothing can explain why, like Space, Elvis is never ending no pun intended and like the stars in space he will shine forever more....

I spend a lot of time with Elvis stuff, more than I should to.

It's a nice evening here also, I've been out on my back porch.

    and peace its paths adorn...

Well I listen to his CD's everday in my car, come on here later on in the day and recieve complaints from the girlfriend I listen to too much of Elvis and should listen to somebody else (no way thats happening) and as far as spending money I buy a new CD once in a while, buy a couple of collector plates and those mcfarlane figures. Feeding and maintaining and parking my car takes up a lot of money so I dont have much left after those bills.
"When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was a hero in the movie. So every dream that I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times. I learned very early in life that without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend; without a song. So I keep singing a song." - Elvis Presley

I spend some "Elvis-time" whenever I can (though I get very, very busy... In that case, with an Elvis song from my cel phone, I get happy).

My family said i need "Elvis rehab" LOL. I spend several hours a day on this site and You Tube looking for songs, news ect, They still kid me and ask.."So have you seen Elvis lately"? Or that same question "Why do you still care about Elvis"? #2 "Have you finally gotten over your search for Elvis"? I say all i have to do to look up Elvis is go on the internet.
