how do you listen to your Elvis music the most?

There are various ways to listen to your music nowadays. I'm curious how you listen to Elvis music the most.

I have ripped all my music to the pc so that I can easily select songs and albums (and play music randomly).

Old fashioned???? Try pulling out an album, dusting it off, putting it on the stereo and praying that the needle is still good. Now that is the old fashioned way.

One CD at a time. When I get my vinyls unpacked, that will be my first choice.

"When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was a hero in the movie. So every dream that I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times. I learned very early in life that without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend; without a song. So I keep singing a song." - Elvis Presley

yep i'm a vinyl junkie as well. Got CD's and a portable MP3 player that i use in my car. But for me there's something about pulling out the records from the sleve, it's how i first heard Elvis.

One of our music stores in Australia only sells downloadable albums now, no Cd's for sale. So i guess that's what will happen. Me i like holding something in my hands, the cover, the album/CD. I guess i'm showing my age.
I never looked for trouble but I never ran.

I'm with you Albert!! Since I got my new computer with a CD/DVD burner, I have been ripping my Elvis CD's to my hard drive too....that way I can listen to them without having to pull my CD's off the shelf!!!

Of course, having my subscription to Sirius internet radio is also a very nice way for me to listen to Elvis also!! RIGHT ROSANNE???

cd - one at a time, that is until my next upgrade. Sirius radio will be next. I'd love to do the Ipod thing, but have to wait until son comes home to set it up for me! (lol)

Just pretend, I'm holding you, and whispering things soft and low.
And think of me, how it's gonna be and just pretend I didn't go

I know I am! You should see me when I have to set my walker aside so that I can put the album on the turntable!! I would try dancing, but I would probably throw a hip out of joint or something like that.

I can sure relate to that. I bet my son dreads coming home.. I always have a list of things for him to show me how to operate.

Roseanne, I'm sure Paul always takes a deep breath before he steps in the backdoor - wondering just what he has to "teach" me next. I think for Christmas he may give me paid tuition to the computer literacy classes

I would hate to hear Paul and Andrew compare notes. Last time he was home he did tell me "mom, you are slowly getting better". A BIG compliment from a 22 year old.
