Has anybody met him in person or seen him in concert? if soo share your experience meeting him or seein him.
Omg, you are so lucky! Even if you didn't meet him. In my "teenie bopper" years, I was so addicted to going to concerts because I love the energy and to me it's better than listening to the recordings. It's such a rush, put that together with Elvis I probably would be the happiest person alive!
My friend Rita on this site saw Elvis a few times during his August to September 4 Vegas engagement in 1972,and with her husband and i believe other's, met Elvis backstage or in his dressing room because they were part of the British fan's in Vegas for this particular engagement.
And when Col. Parker heard about them being there, he arranged for Rita and her husband Rod to personally meet Elvis I think in his dressing room and Rita said that he was so humble and polite,as well as soft spoken, and he was very genuine in wanting to know as much about them as possible!!! I'll have to get Rita to post the story in it's complete accuracy as I may be missing a couple of odds and ends! Of course Rita was in complete heaven, and also said that Elvis was alot more handsome in person than in pictures etc.!!!![]()

"My fans want my shirt. They can have my shirt. They put it on my back..."
- Elvis Presley
Oh most definately I have dear,
I haven't been well so I haven't been online lately, but couldn't pass up a chance to tell everyone what I have always told them...
I met Elvis during the filming of "It happened at the worlds fair"
I was also later in years invited to Graceland on at least 3 ocassions, and Elvis was a gentleman, a very down to earth sweet man. He was funny, he was of course incredibly handsome, and he appreciated that I did't make a point to slobber all over him as most would want to.
I also did not ask for a recipt or autograph for my professional services, being they ere just a muse to get me there.
Elvis has a long time Veterinarian, and he also was not in need of a young vet with a touring ambulatory service in that year, to treat a PG guinie pig.
Or white cat, or hamster or bunny rabbit (which got loose) it was dark and hysterical that we were sneaking in the bushes to find the rabbit, secuity put their flaslights on the both of us, and the sound of our explanantion to this day is rolling in the floor funny! "We are looking for a rabbit."
I saw Elvis in most concerts, in Vegas, backstage passes, on movie sets and we were just friends. He could trust me then, he could now as well...
There has never been a man to equal Elvis Presley. To say I love him, is the understatement of all time.
