No, it means, that the four room upstairs, Elvis bedroom, Elvis office, Elvis dressingroom and Lisa Maries room were used as bedrooms. It also says, that there were, and are, three baths up there. One in Elvis bathroom, one in Gingers room and one connected to Lisa romm. Nice to have that confirmed.
