Why would they remix this original, you can't make it any better than the original imo.

As you can tell, I'm not to keen on remixes. Some turn out to be okay, others flip flop & fly....

I've never understood why anyone would want to change something from the original. It just takes away from the original IMO and makes it something different than it was meant to be. Why not just create your own music instead of changing the original of someone elses ?

    Couldn't agree more Cameron.

I feel the same when they decide to remix Elvis' work..because I think back to hearing the stories of when He first heard Suspicous Minds on the radio and the mix was completely different than that of the Master he approved...Little Less Conversation for example, but it was number 1 around the world then I think how Much Elvis loved number one hit's....it's a touchy subject..

I think the only logical reason for remixes IMO is to try and reach an audience which normally would not listen to a certain artist.
But let me also add "money" might be another.

money is always the reason behind remixes i think that on occasion some can be ok but mostly they just turn out to be a car crash i like johnny cash and in my opinion you can't beat the originals
