Wow, it's amazing how great he looked, isn't it?? I yell at my mom all the time for not taking me to see him when he was here. I could have been part of that Rockin' New Years Eve experience!!!!!!!!!!

Hey great pictures there Unchained.
If I'd had them at the time I would have liked to have included one or two of them in this cover when I was working on it...............

OFF TOPIC A LITTLE:![]()
did you know what this suit was meant to be? if so you probably should stop reading but for those who dont read on...![]()
Elvis was gaven a set of pictures for a suit his designer had made up.While browing the pictures he had the designers on the phone. He looked at the picture of the suit and said 'heh, the birds feet look strange'.The designers looked at each other in total confusion. They picked up a set of the pictures to see what elvis meant
.
It took awhile but they realised what the problem was, elvis had looked at the pictures up side down
.The design was not that of a bird it was meant to be a zebera. However elvis kinda took to the look of the bird and there after he had many various designs put together.
The most intresting thing is next time you look at a picture of the phoenix suit, turn it upside down and you can see the zebera design. Its hard to notice at first but after a while of staringyou will notice two zeberas looking towards each other

.
I thought that was a great story and just like big E![]()
.Hope you enjoyed this useless info i will now go

Never heard that one!
Sure as heck, the zebras are as plain as day!
However, the image on the back of the suit, not being split down the middle, would not look like two zebras. So presumably, if the story is true, Elvis was looking at a sketch of the front of the suit--which I'm not trying to say is unlikely.
One of you guys ought to create the Zebra Suit.

Not like this...![]()

when elvis said he liked the bird look better they then made few adjustments to the suit thats maybe why the zeberas aint as obvious. However you can still see the zeberas and it would be very cool to see if someone could attempt a remake of the suit![]()

Yep. That's a great story. It also would be cool to see the design as Elvis saw it.
