June 28, 1976, Elvis was in concert at The Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was there and got one of Elvis' scarf's for my mother at that show!

Sunday, June 23, 1974, Elvis was in concert at The Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Elvis appeared in the afternoon wearing the Peacock jumpsuit and at the evening concert he wore the 1974 version of the American Eagle jumpsuit. It was a rainy day.
I was there and attended both shows!!

I'm wondering the same thing Cameron. I'm sure Elvis and his dad didn't make a big deal out of Fathers Day, I'm sure Elvis got him luxerious gifts etc. But Elvis didn't have that close connection with his father, not nothing like he did with his mom, but I think he tried to understand his daddy as much as he could.
