Windows Movie Maker is not the best program for making slide shows. WMM is good if you add video footage into the video and mix it with photos.
Photo Story 3 is a very good and easy to use program for making slide shows. It can be downloaded for free on the internet from the Microsoft web-site : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en
The only bad thing about it is that you can't add video footage to the clip But it's excellent for slide shows You can save your slide show on your PC and upload it to youtube or any other site for videos.

Thanks Marija! How strange...my hubs came in from a workshop last Friday talking about Photo Story 3. Small world!
