    best of F.T.D

I am going to start buying the F.D.T cds ( I know I should already be buying them but I did'nt know they existed until I came to this site), but I was wondering what are the best ones to start with?, as there are so many to choose from it is very difficult to know where to start.

That's a difficult one to answer. Everyone has different tastes. But you could have a look at these for starters:

    1) Elvis At The International

    2) Elvis On Tour-The Rehearsals

    3) The Nashville Marathon

    4) Recorded Live On Stage In Memphis
That aint tactics honey....that's just the beast in me.

IMO, FTD's release of the Memphis 1974 concert is probably the best sounding LIVE concert I've heard. You actually can feel the excitement of the audience, the show was knock dead awesome!!!

Recently got Easy Come Easy Go in the mail aswell, those "7 releases are great to bad they all aren't released that way !!

But I will say the best FTD's out there will go to Jungle Room Sessions, Elvis Is Back, and The Nashville Marathon.....don't get much better than those legendary sessions.
