Question Elvis Hard Rock Dead Rocker Pins

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place, but I am trying to get some information regarding the Elvis Hard Rock Cafe DEAD ROCKER pins. I am trying to find out how many pins there are. I know the Chicago pin has Elvis' name on it and then there are so many others of the same pin (Elvis' guitar) each with a different city name on it. I am trying to find out how many other pins there are and if someone knows it, which cities.

Do you have a photo you could post of any of these pins? I've never seen them.

Just pretend, I'm holding you, and whispering things soft and low.
And think of me, how it's gonna be and just pretend I didn't go

This is the Chicago pin, the pin in the series that has Elvis' name on it:

Here is one of the I don't know how many cities named on the guitar (but those cities do not inlcude Elvis' name on the guitar, only the Chicago guitar does):

I did find an interesting thing about the decal on Elvis' guitar on scottymoore.com:

If anyone has any info, please let me know. Thank you.

That logo beneath the hard rock cafe looks just like Elvis' karate logo he used on his guitars on stage on his Gibson Ebony Dove and Gibson j200 ebony model guitars.

It is. The Hard Rock Cafe pin is modeled after his black Gibson guitar.
