Read about this on Insiders board. Apperantly this ice cream company made a new brand called fat Elvis.
EPE was not aware that they use their trademark but thanks to fans their legal department send these guys an ultimatum: either you change the name and get licensed or court I guess.

yes diane l agree, some peole once again proved there is no respect for elvis.
showing no respect for elvis as usuall but in saying that as long as they don't use the image of elvis then they are just using a boys name in there ice cream thats the way they look at it
I think it's a shame even if the name" Elvis" can be considered as the name of any man, there is really an allusion to "our" Elvis, otherwise they would have called it "fat James" or "fat Suzy" as well.

yes the suggestion is there but you can't sue someone for a suggestion thats what they will say i mean fat elvis is another jibe at his weight and eating habbits its a reall shame that they feel the need to do this

All Elvis fans shouly boycott the company for doing something like that...and I certainly hope EPE gets 'em!!!
