Those have been deleted by FTD. You may find them on other sites if they still have them in stock. I would asume they have raised the price on them though.

Why did they delete them?? Were they just not selling that great??
i think it's just thier way fo making room for new ones - then later on they can remix/remaster/wahtever and re-release it as bigger-better - kinda like Disney
does by putting their animated films 'Back in hte Vault' - just my opinion - not a
fact.

I just Love the FTD cd's,i wish i had all of them..does anybody here have them all?
You are right Jon...those 4 FTD titles have been deleted, along with LONG LONELY HIGHWAY.
So far, those are the only 5 FTD titles that have been deleted so far...but it has been a while since they announced those deletions, so I would expect to hear about some more in the near future...

Well, it seems like they are deleting some of the oldest titles first that have slowed down in sales, so my suggestion to you would be (if you haven't started already) to pick up the older titles first and then work up to the newer titles....that way you can be sure you have some of the first FTD's that came out so you can avoid having to pay much higher prices on them later if they wind up deleted from the FTD catalog.

FTD have been deleting some of the old titles due to mass repetition with the new "Classic" album series.
For example, Why would you need "Fame And Fortune" when all the released Masters and Outtakes are in better sound and chronological order on "Elvis Is Back", "Something For Everybody", "His Hand In Mine", etc etc ...
By the way, the "That's The Way It Was", book/cd wasn't initially recieved very well when it was first released, due to poor quality pictures, reversed images, so on and so forth ...
Word of mouth thru fans for fans travels high and quickly when you spend your hard earned cash for poor quality.
You get the idea.
THAT is an EXCELLENT point Frankieg!!!
But if Jon (or anyone) has an interest in collecting ALL of the FTD titles, then it would be wise to start at the beginning and collect the older titles first to avoid missing out on them if/when they are deleted from the catalog.
