Greensboro to be Madison's Next release

A Greensboro Revolution !- Standing Room Only Tapes, Vol.1
The next Madison label release will be A Greensboro Revolution! - Standing Room Only Tapes, Vol. 1.

This sparkling performance, recorded in Greensboro, NC on Friday, April 14, 1972, in the presence of MGM's documentary cameras, has been issued many times in the past, but never in such GREAT SOUND QUALITY. For the very first time, hear the show mixed down from the multi-track tapes into superb STEREO.

The April 1972 tour was Presley's first of the year. And he was ready. Three outstanding performances from this gig made the final cut of "Elvis On Tour" -- "Bridge Over Troubled Water," "An American Trilogy" and "Funny How Time Slips Away." In 1992, "The Lost Performances" gave fans a fourth visual, with the inclusion of "Release Me." All are here, and the entire evening is a delight.

Wonder what other concerts they will release under these series Standing Room Only. hope they improve the sound alot on this as the triangle release was as superb as ever imo it will be hard to make better but leave it to madison to go for the challenge as they are the best in the buiz imo!

What really is the difference between this release and the previous releases from Vicky and Triangle?? How much more can/could it be improved?

well for one the vicky release was really dull sounding etc as it was taken directly from the video. Triangle though was really good sounding I thought so that is why im wondering they chose to release THIS particular concert..maybe if they can make it in good STERO sound which im betting they are going to it will be an essential just like any other madison release
