Post a youtube video on the forum and in your profile

If you want to post a youtube video in your post, just copy the complete youtubelink from your browser's adressbar and past it in your post. A script will automatically convert the link to one with a player.

Note: you don't need the [ yt ] tag anymore

As of July 24 this option has been enabled again

Currently it's not possible to add a youtube video to your profile. Please read this announcement.

Recently we added personal pages to TCB-World. This is your own profile page that you can customize as you wish. To take this one step further we will add by time more features.

As of today you can add your favourite youtube video to your profile. Here's a how-to:

step 1
Go to youtube and find your favourite clip (or go to our own 'Elvis Clips' forum for the best clips). Copy the code from the addressbar:


step 2
Go to your profile by clicking on 'UserCP' and then 'edit your details'


step 3
Paste the movie ID to the right field


step 4
Save and you'll ready. The clip will now be shown on your page

Yes, adding a video to your profile works still the same. But adding a youtube clip to a post is now easier: just post the full link in your post and it works rightaway.
