Hi Everybody, thought it was time to do another Elvis drawing and have you come along for the ride.
this time I am doing a larger drawing than I usually do this one is (12"x 16") A3 size I usually do A4 size (8"x11"), I will show the size properly on the next posting (update), I will photo my hand next to the drawing to show you the size of the work that has to be done.
now this first update is a little blurred I am sorry for this but I will try to do better next time, I have got to photograph it because it is too big for my scanner., I have also for the first time shown you the picture I am going to draw.

Ok I have been working on this all night so I thought I would give you another update today, again I have to say sorry because the photo makes his head look out of shape but it is the angle the shot was taken from, again as promised I have added another photo for you to see the size of the drawing
yup it was a good pic to choose and i must say its a great start i look forward to seeing the rest of it thanks and good luck with the rest
Thank you, I love this picture of Elvis, it is from the era when I personally think he should of done a world tour, his voice was at its best, he was at his most handsomest,(dont get the wrong idea about me lol), and he was producing the best songs for a long time,he would of taken the world by storm.
todays update, will try to do hisnose tonight or tomorrow so that it gets to look like him.
making good progress i await the next updade and yes i agree that this was a great era for elvis both in looks and voice i would love to have seen a world tour in any era from then to the eraly 70's maybee to 73-74
I have to agree any time then would of been ideal, but there again I would have to say anytime at all would of been nice.
thank you for your comments, it is nice that someone is taking the time to make a comment I was starting to get a bit lonely.
anyway I stayed up most of the night working on my drawing so this is how far I am at this time
This is a great drawing again, and even without the nose it already looked
totally like Elvis! And I also agree with your wold tour post, although I think I would
have been to young to see him, lol, but this would have changed a lot for Elvis.
Thank you, this drawing has grabbed hold of me and wont let go I have to keep doing more and more, so here is another update
another update again today, I am like a drug addict with this drawing I need to be drawing it all the time, I am so enjoying it, doing a drawing this big has been a pleasant experience,
well i am loving it glad you are not making me wait too long for an update its really took shape great job you just got the hair to finish and the part of the outfit cant wait to see more

I followed the progress of this drawing, and again, I'm deeply impressed. THis one turned out really fantastic.
