This is a very unspecific question I guess, so I understand if nobody knows.

But I remember reading about Elvis paying either the hospital or funeral bill of some other famous person...but I don't remember who. It might've been a friend of his.

He may have done it for many people, he would read about a sick person or a family down their luck and send money, would do it 'anonymously', but people would find out.

There is some suggestion he paid for some of Bobby Darin's medical treatment or funeral expenses, but not sure if this has been verified.

He also sent a cheque to Jackie Wilson's family when Jackie had his stroke in 1975.
