IMO, I think we're all a little "touchy" about these kind of things.

It's on the link you provided. It clearly states that this was done by Disney AND EPE...they are both involved, the licensing is approved by both parties.
I agree with you on this one. it's a little bothersome that it says this is the premier piece in "Mickey's Magical Tribute to the King" series.However, I can't say I like the Mouse thing myself.
This Disney Mickey Mouse collectible figurine is licensed by Disney and Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc.... Thats what the writing says..

I bought him an Elvis thingy that sings and plays All Shook Up.
He can sing and dance with the best now.
His mom had him at some movie 2 weekends ago where an Elvis song was played .{forgot which one} He started hollering for his mom and dad that it was Elvis.
