Countdown Is On To Opening of Three New Exhibits at Graceland

The countdown is on as Elvis Presley Enterprises prepares to open three new exhibits featuring personal items from Elvis’s Army days, “Private Presley”, and the ’68 Special television event, “Elvis ‘68”. A special VIP Tour exhibit is also scheduled for a grand opening a week from today. These exciting new exhibits will include never before seen artifacts in addition to rare photos and video footage. Both “Private Presley” and “Elvis ‘68” will take you back and walk you through these significant time periods in Elvis’s career and offer a rare glimpse at these exciting eras in Elvis’ musical career. The new and expanded VIP tour will include both exhibits plus a display featuring artifacts that relate to the personal side of Elvis including the deed to Graceland, a gift from Elvis to his parents, items from Elvis' personal wardrobe, and much more!

2008 marks with 40th anniversary of the 1968 Comeback Special and the 50th anniversary of Elvis’ induction into the Army, the grand opening event is scheduled for the actual day that Elvis was inducted into the U.S. Army. Join us in celebrating two incredible anniversaries in 2008!
