The Reese's candy bar was about the last straw for me. Every day when I walked into our local grocery store there he was....a giant Reese's with Elvis and a promo about how to win a free trip to Graceland. I was embarrassed for him.

I still prefer the other commercials where the image is of a real Elvis, like this one.

A funny commercial imo, but once again they make Elvis' image appear very unflattering

I think it is a pretty dumb commercial but I think it's worth noting that they were probably just trying to portray a lame Elvis impersonator there, which also does our guy no favors.
...you won't forget me when I go.

I wonder what marketing whizz thought some fat guy who isnt talented enough to be a singer in his own right would do to help Heinz Kethcup sales.

I just don't understand this Heinz Ketchup commercial.
    It's kinda stupid. I can't get mad because I don't get it.

No, I dont like it. It by no means flatter Elvis. When Elvis said "it's hard to live up to an image", I don't think he was ever thinking about stuff like this.

It's a stereotyped, mocking version of our man.

Sometimes Elvis is being portrayed stereotyped, but still funny. Like in this movie:

Its sad that the only way an ad exec could see Elvis- was the guy they got to wear the jumpsuit in this commercial. For 95% of his life Elvis was one of the best looking people to walk the earth. But this ad man chose this guy to represent Elvis. Perhaps he thinks it adds humor to the ad-but its in bad taste.

Nope didnt like it either it really pisses me off when the so called Elvis Impersonators make fun of him---- GRRRRRRR! That is a BIG
