Hounddog,
Thank You so much for this article. It`s very interesting for me!! The main reason is Elvis did only a few interviews... Really fascinating. Sincerely
Kinga
Thanks Hounddog, very interesting to hear Elvis' thoughts on touring again. There are pictures of the first interview in the '68 Comeback Gallery.
That aint tactics honey....that's just the beast in me.
Elvis PRESLEY:The most important, most influential artist of the 20th century. b. 8 Jan 1935, Mississippi, US, d. 16 Aug 1977. He holds, or has held, almost every chart-related record including perhaps the most important: more No.1s than any act in chart history.
Thanks for sharing, it was really interesting...Both Elvis' vision on performing again, on his audience, and the colonel talking in the beginning...great find!
I liked the part where he admitted how petrified he was before the live show. He wasn't afraid to tell his true feelings to the world. These words made me feel closer to him, as a human being. Thank you for the article, hounddog!
Goodbye Rosanne...Your "family" in TCB will always remember you.
My pleasure, i have another transcript of an interview in 1969 i think, and i also have a recount of converstations that a reporter had with Elvis i'll find them and post them as well.
How do I access the link? I don't see any link? help
Thank you so much for uploading it!![]()
Let the stars fade and fall, and I won't care at all, as long as I have you.
