Hello my Elvis lovin friends!!!

I'm Brittany & I'm 21. My birthday is Dec.11th....not married & no kids. I live in Ohio. My photo is in my profile if ya all would like to see me.

I've been an Elvis fan since about 5. My mom bought me my first casette which was...you guessed it...the king! Mr.Elvis Presley. Its been love ever since. I was obsessed with Elvis from the get go. He was so different and I just loved him & his music. I would make my mom put on Elvis ALL the time in the car or in my room. While other kids were listening to modern pop, I was listening to my Elvis. My mom bought me an Elvis doll too & that was my favorite toy throughout my childhood, I adored it. Lol, I used to make a brunette barbie [named Brittany...HAHA! And Im brunette] and the Elvis doll be married, lol! I had the chance to visit Graceland around the ages of 8 or 9, started watching his movies & reading about him and I became even more of a fan. Been that way ever since! Elvis is very important to me, he got me through some rough patches in my life and Im forever grateful. I feel alive when I listen to his music, I feel hope. I got the chance recently to be asked to be featured on www.elvis.com in the fan spotlight! I'm very excited & honored for that, should be up within the next couple of weeks they said

And now while other young adults are listening to rap like Eminem or pop like Britney Spears, I'm listening to Elvis. I love older music, 50s,60s,70s,80s. Some 90s and today. But they just dont make music like they used to!Besides music I also enjoy nature, animals, writing, art, fitness, traveling & scrapbooking (the last 2 I rarely get to do!). I'm a bit of an old soul, thats what most people that know me will tell you. I love meeting new people, especially Elvis fans!!!

Sorry I rambled there a bit, lol. I like to talk too...haha!...

Married to my lovely hubbie , even if he is not perfect : he's not an Elvis fan ! But he sooner or later will follow me...

No children , only one very nice cat.

I was an office worker , now I am a housewife , but not a desperate one !

I am an Elvis fan since 1977, very sad. His death affected me too much.
I had to go deeply to know this big performer and the man , too.

Consider that in my Country during the 50s, 60s, 70s we used to listen to very different kind of music.

Radio and Tv did not broadcast Elvis music that much ! there were only some few true fans...

I began loving his ballades, country songs and gospel. And only after a while I started with his rock 'n rolls.

Now I do not spend one day without playing some of his songs.

I'm honoured to be here and share my love for Elvis with you fans from all over the world.
