    Unchained, so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. 19 certainly is NO age to pass away. And, yes, I've indeed sought and found solace in Elvis' music. :smile:

    And talked a lot about her with others who knew her, about the good times we had, the many laughs we had etc.

    And coming to this place, just to talk Elvis to take my mind of things has worked wonders as well.....she liked Elvis too, though not as fanatically as I do

    Cherokee, Back In 1999 I lost my cousin In the Mont Blanc Tunnel disaster, he was only 21 and his girlfriend was just 3 months pregnant, we went over to Charmany for the memorial, it is probably one of the most heart breaking moments of my life. to lose someone close is horrible so my love goes out to you at this time, be strong, things will get better.

    Hi! My name is Lisa. I live about 5 hours from Memphis. I'm 43. I'm a secretary in the medical field. I've been divorced for 6 years. Have not dated since. Don't want to go through that again. Maybe someday I'll be ready, or you never know... when you're least expecting it... I have one daughter. She's 22 and married to a wonderful man. My daughter and I went to Graceland in 2002. I would like to go again sometime. I did get to see Elvis in concert when I was 13, 1974. I've been an Elvis fan since I can remember, but never knew till recently about all the Elvis websites, fan forums, Elvis audio and video tapes out there for sale, etc. I was amazed! There's a whole wonderful Elvis world out there! Sorry I don't have a photo. I don't know how post a picture, if I even have a recent one. I will try to get my son-in-law to help me with that sometime. If I get around to it, I'll post it here or on my profile. This was a great idea to get to know each other better. It is really great seeing you all. It makes it feel really friendly and welcoming here.
