Matt, I think I see what you are referring to. The lining of the cape is showing in the front there on Elvis's right side, which seems to draw an outline of that side of his body, making it look like he is ridiculously slim--is that what's making you question it?

Having had time to look closer when you look at the scarf and collars it looks like Elvis' head has been superinposed over the Jumpsuit, It looks blurred in places and the background just doesn't fit. It doesn't look like a pose Elvis would do more like a pose of the suit on a mannequin, again the picture of Elvis looks like early 1972 not 1971..... Could be wrong, but I certainly haven't seen this picture around before, so if anyone else has please let me know
