what are the best Elvis photos ever?

For example, what is the best picture from jailhouse rock, the 68 special, aloha from hawaii, his wedding etc.

If we were compiling a photo book/website of his life which one picture would we use that really is awesome and cool for each event.

I hope this one flies as I would love to see the posts.

Good idea for a post, Trelane! Quite a difficult thing to decide but I'm definitely gonna have a look through and later on post the ones I like the most! (If I can manage to cut it down enough!!)

I can only choose just ONE??? I have about 500 favorites. He WAS the most photographed man in the world. But if I had to pick one of my favorites, I would choose the picture on the motorcylce with the blonde chick contemplating what he is going to do with her.....sexy stuff.

ok here is my fav pic its elvis in 69 but the second one is soo close to being my fav with those shades but i'll go with the 69 pic

My first post is the best picture from the 68 Special. I thought it should be of Elvis wearing the leather outfit as that was the most stunning and it should be a full length shot to highlight the suit. So this is my entry for best photo of the 68 Special.

This is probably my top choice for Aloha from Hawaii... it was hard to narrow it down but I like this because it's a very in-the-moment shot of the energy and passion he put into the song

I like this one for the 68 Special (though I wish it was in color), there's a raw energy, an edge, that shines through for me in this shot

That black leather was pretty hot!!!!! It is impossible to narrow down my favorite picture to just one or 100. I listed my favorite (one of them, anyway) from 1956, but I never even got to the army years and 1960's. But the black leather has always been my favorite 'jumpsuit' which is not featured in the jumpsuits.
