Marija, the same thing happened to me with the Valentine's Day theme....I got it in degrees.It will all come into place for you probably the next time you sign in.

Pressing the F5 button force Internet Explorer to show the new files, instead of using the ones stored in your temporary internet files folder.I can only see the green font of the names and the threads

The problem we have is that there are so many national days for each country that we could end up changing the banner every other day!
Perhaps we should stick to those that are celebrated by Elvis' native country and the big celebrations that are world wide.... not sure what the answer is?
