That's good question, I don't know He liked it or what.

The song - Takin' Care Of Business…
I have a question… Elvis love that song (right?)
He even used that like title for his famous logo…
Why he not sing it?!! Your opinion? any info?
Thank`s!
Lyric:
Takin' Care Of Business
You get up every morning
From your alarm clock's warning
Take the 8:15 into the city
There's a whistle up above
And people pushin', people shovin'
And the girls who try to look pretty
And if your train's on time
You can get to work by nine
And start your slaving job to get your pay
If you ever get annoyed
Look at me I'm self-employed
I love to work at nothing all day
And I'll be...
[Refrain]
Taking care of business every day
Taking care of business every way
I've been taking care of business, it's all mine
Taking care of business and working overtime
Work out!
If it were easy as fishin'
You could be a musician
If you could make sounds loud or mellow
Get a second-hand guitar
Chances are you'll go far
If you get in with the right bunch of fellows
People see you having fun
Just a-lying in the sun
Tell them that you like it this way
It's the work that we avoid
And we're all self-employed
We love to work at nothing all day
And we be...

Sorry, but I have no idea - but I like it; and I love the movie that was made in 1990 with the same title
The plot outline: "An uptight advertising exec has his entire life in a filofax organizer which mistakenly ends up in the hands of a friendly convict who poses as him."
...but I just don't see Elvis in drag, which was an essential part of the movie, when the convict had to break into jail!![]()

Takin' Care of Business" is a song written by Randy Bachman and first recorded by Canadian rock group "Bachman-Turner Overdrive" for their 1973 album Bachman-Turner Overdrive II. He actually wrote the song when he was a member of the "Guess Who" in the late 60s.
I've never read or heard anything stating Elvis liked this song.
However, it is a classic rock song indeed, and I likes it a lot![]()

TCB W/TLC (((HUGS))...
The logo and the song are mutually exclusive. Neither one influenced the other. The song was written in the late '60's, Elvis got his logo around '71 and the song was recorded a couple of years later. There is nothing to indicate whether Elvis liked this song or not.
