Stephen passed away this afternoon at 1.15pm,(Australian time) peace fully.
His Family were with him at the time.

Sad news indeed, RIP sam and my condolences go out to your family and friends.
When i first heard that "Sam" had only a week to live, i jumped to the conclusion that it was a joke. I didn't know him, and i'm sorry he's passed away. My thoughts and prayers go out to his loved ones.
