    That section of film was in the original !970 theatrical release of TTWII.
    IT was taken out by Rick Schmidlin when he re-cut the film for Turners TTWII Special Edition in 2000. If you buy the 2 disc set which came out last year of it, it includes the total 1970 theatrical version.

    Schmidlin was interviewed about the special screening of his version and had this to say about Priscilla, Lisa, and Lisa's Kids reaction to the new version:
    EIN: We understand you were present at the special screening of That's The Way It Is for Priscilla and Lisa Marie. What were their reactions to seeing the new Edition?

    RS: Priscilla could not sit still she rocked in her seat. Elvis' grandchildren loved the film and Lisa really loved the rehearsal footage and her father's sense of humor.

    Elvis was sure a very special person and entertainer. That lady didn't "almost" attack Elvis Liana...she went at him full bore! What did I miss from being such a reserved shy person? I could never have done that!
