Here is latest from our "favorite" gossip site TMZ:
TMZ has confirmed with NYPD sources in the Heath Ledger investigation that cops found a $20 bill rolled up "in a certain way" with a powdered substance on it. Our sources say they don't know what the nature of the powder is, but it's being tested at the police lab.
CBS 2 in NYC is reporting cops found drug packets along with the $20 bill in Ledger's apartment.
Our sources say the manner in which the bill was rolled made them "suspicious."
Poor guy...when will these young actors realize what danger they doing to themselves by doing drugs? Look at Amy Winehouse what a wreck she is - I'm suprised she isn't dead yet.....she is a singer but I'm not familiar with her music.
Yup drugs are REALLY bad! So many lost young lives because of it. I don't and never will understand why so many feel they need it or even want it. A clear head to me is the best feeling in the world!

I completely agree Diane!I've never done drugs and don't plan on starting anytime soon.....I guess it's very addictive and some folks can't handle it. I knew a super, super nice guy I used to work with years ago - clean cut, polite guy. Another co-worker introduced him to crack cocaine and he went to h-e-l-l quickly. Lost his job and everything.
My heart goes out to the actor's family and he will be in my thoughts and prayers.
yes Jen for sure - even though he may have caused his own death (not sure until autopsy reports come back) that still is a very sad situation for all involved. I thought Heath was a very talented actor - and he's the last person I ever thought would be found this way......my condolences to his family and friends.
I agree Kelly, Heath was not one I would have expected to go this way either and it's such a shame. I thought he was fantastic in A Knight's Tale and headed to be a pretty darn good actor. We haven't seen Brokeback Mountain yet but now I really want to!

This is so sad. He was such a handsome man and a talented actor.
May he rest in peace. He was so young.

He was fab in Patriot with Mel Gibson but sorry I havent seen Brokeback but my mam has and says it was great and I trust my mam.....
Yes it is sick about what is being said about the churches etc... all I can say is what a waste of such a young life and his daughter is so young and might not remember him in a few years....
take care all and stay safe...

Have you ever seen a "prettier" movie to look at? Gorgeous scenery...mainly filmed around Calgary. I loved the movie...and tried to convey to others that the "gay storyline" was secondary to me. To me...I saw a story of how sad life can be, and that things don't always turn out the way we wish they would. Also...what beautiful music.
Oh, no! Another drug victim! I just heard the news of his death and I must say that I'm shocked. He was so young, only 28! I haven't seen "Brokeback mountain" but I intend to see it tomorrow...
Goodbye Rosanne...Your "family" in TCB will always remember you.
