Between pix of Elvis with Pricilla and pix of him with other women. There are alot more I realize. But there just seems to be so much happiness in his face. The ones with the other women like Linda and Ginger just don't seem like he was that open.

Maybe he felt good in his self at the time with priscilla he seemed in good health and cilla was the mother of his child. in the 70s when he was with linda then ginger his health was bad and some pics he did not look good in then. just my theroy.

I agree I think it didn't depend on his feelings but more on the global situation he was living in his last years

YOu see a lot of pictures of Elvis grabbing on Pricilla and smiling. Lot's of close embraces/hugs. I don't see that much with the others. I think he was more reserved. Yes, his general health and happiness would have effected that I guess.

I think the way he felt health wise had something to do with it but I also think he might have been disilusioned about relationships after his divorce.

I believe later on, especially in 1977, Elvis had women around because he sleptwalked and he was worried of being alone,for health reasons. Only if Ginger had kept an eye on Elvis..on the other hand they didn't go to bed till daylight on August 16,1977,and she was wore out, and was "dead to the world".

I'm thinking along the lines you are Diane. And that also being why he was marriage shy. I think his marriage and divorce took something from him that was a very hard loss for him. (and even if he had something to do with it-it does not make the loss any less significant) But I guess I may think differently. I think he began to giver her freedom and trust. I also think he was faithfull in marriage untill she was not. I think for some men trust is very hard when it comes to a women. If he began to trust her and give 100 of himself (by opening up) and then she betrayed that trust, maybe he just could not go there completely again.

I believe because of his health and he was in a good place when he was with Cilla. Like what elvislady said
