Hi friends:
I've tried to re-create a old RCA vinyl LP, this vinyl was used for RCA jazz recording artists. On my daily job we got this LP from a regular guest and i never seen this LP in this style before from RCA...so i thought why not re-create this look and use it for Elvis covers...
And it turned out to be a cool looking disc cover.
And while i was working on this design i also created a new RCA sticker that sony/bmg used for their early Elvis release...hope you all can use these 2 designs..
I have both in psd files if any you want to use it...just send me a mail and i will give you a link to download both files (the files are just to big to upload them here)

I think it's just fantastic that the c.d.s have the look of the old 45's. I'm old enough to remember 45's so it brings back nastalgia for me.

I will post the original LP picture if i can find it somewhere on the internet and tell you all from wich year this LP is..
Here is the original LP, i placed it under my scanner, and scanned it at 600pi
so i had to reduce it big time for you all.
And did some research regarding this Duke Ellington release, and the title of this LP dates from the early '30s (that's the single release of this song)
I don't have a clue if this LP is from the same period, only thing i know it's a british release..
If anyone can help me out here..please do!

I spend almost an evening to find some info about this 'old' rca LP...didn't find anything.
For a '20's design they did a good job.
