1973 aloha! probz my fave jumpuit but not fave concert!
I am just curious to know which suit you like better, the rhinestone one from Aloha or the embroided one from 74?? What I prefer about the 74 one is that we see better the eagle on it than the rhinestone version, at least on pictures, however, the one from Aloha has more "class" maybe. I guess you had to see them on stage to really tell which one looked better. Probably on stage with the lights & everything the rhinestone one was "flashier".

The Aloha suit from 1973 is by far the most recognizable suit he ever wore and even to this day it is still stylish. To me, the 1974 May tour American Eagle suit looks more like a cheap copy of the original one. It also for some reason made him look heavier than he actually was. I think EP made a mistake choosing that one. It looks tacky and something an impersonator would wear. That's just my opinion. In fact I think the Peacock suit looks just the same. Tacky.

I like them both but I like the Aloha one better. It has more class to it. I love the cape as well.![]()
I love them both also, but the Aloha one does it more for me.

I would pick the Aloha suit. I just never understood why, they didn't put any design on the sleeves like the aloha.
I like footage of the performance in 74 better than the Aloha show too.
The Aloha is my favorite, it was a work of art. It has class. It is just a beautiful jumpsuit. No other jumpsuit compares with it.
