Key days in Elvis' life that landed on your birthdate

Looking at Getlo's "Holy Grail" thread reminded me of two historic days in EP's life that landed on my birthdate, which is on Oct 3, not giving the year!

The first being Oct 3/1942, a seven year old Elvis singing Old Shep at the Mississippi-Alabama Fair and Dairy show.

The second, Oct 3/1977, the day Elvis In Concert was shown on tv!

What are some key moments in Elvis' life that happen to fall on your birthdate?

January 6, 1957 - Elvis makes his 3rd and last appearance at the Ed Sullivan show. He's only filmed from his waist up.
