    Well, since I am from Greece, my choices of food are a little bit different than yours;
    1. Fasolada (hot soup with beans, carrots and tomato juice),
    2. Mousakas (chopped meat, potatoes, pumpkins all mixed together with besamel above and baked in the oven),
    3. Souvlaki (pieces of meat in the grill),
    4. Tzatziki (It is a soft salad. It is yogurt with small slices of cucumber, gurlic, oil and salt).

    I'm from Australia

    My favourite foods are
    salt and pepper tofu
vegetarian Indian foods like paneer, dals, dosha,
    nori rolls
Lebanese foods like pide, hommus, Baba Ghanoush, Tzatziki,
dolmades (yum) baked giant beans (oh yeah)
    Fish and chips.

I used to be a vegetarian, but i became wheat sensitve and i can't do a lot of soy anymore so i had to change my diet back to a meat eater. But i like a lot a of vegie based dises like bean nachos, bean soup.

I had a eggplant mousaka that was fabulous a few years back. Yum food. Stop it getting hungry, food, mmmmmm.

Yum... reading all these posts is making me hungry!

Without a doubt my favourite food is sushi... although cheesecake would come a close second.

I love mac and cheese. Not the Kraft stuff I am talking about that homemade Mac and Cheese. Also I love turkey and american cheese sandwich with fritos pressed in between the bread. I love this stuff but I must keep in shape so I dont eat this stuff often.
"When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was a hero in the movie. So every dream that I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times. I learned very early in life that without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend; without a song. So I keep singing a song." - Elvis Presley

I lived in Key West for awhile several years ago. I miss the shrimp dishes {done their way} and their Key Lime pie .
But, I'm about to get a new son in law ....from Key West and he loves to cook !! Looking forward to it !!

I love soul food thanks to my parents who are both from the south. But my favorite of that would have to be baked mac and cheese, meat loaf, and corn bread... and mashed potatoes.

Away from soul food I love:

    Carrots
    Cucumbers
    Sushi
    Jambalaya
    Shrimp
    Salmon
Cherries, lots and lots of cherries
and carrot cake with the best cream cheese frosting!

My favourite foods are the same as Liana's, but take out that first one , leave the rest and add:

    pasta
    pizza
    bitterballen
no-bake citrus cheesecake (I make it, it's very good)
    haagse kakker
    chocolate cake
    ice cream
    salad (almost any kind)
