    Elvis Hairstyle

Elvis was a trendsetter, IMO with his clothes & hairstyle.
So for the guys, how many of you wore your hair like Elvis of the 50's? Do you have pictures you can share? Does anyone still have an Elvis Do? My oldest brother wore Elvis hair, played Elvis music, he never wore pink, tho, I think he was afraid of my father!

Currently I have my hair like Elvis did in Elvis on Tour. I like the look, and the girlfriend likes the look. I just dont have the sideburns though.
"When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was a hero in the movie. So every dream that I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times. I learned very early in life that without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend; without a song. So I keep singing a song." - Elvis Presley

When I had a lot of hair (I'm going prematurely bald) I was able at one point to comb my hair just like Elvis did as seen in my avatar on here.

I wear my hair like Elvis all the time!

I have three different ways that I wear it.

Short (Elvis Army Cut), Medium (Elvis 1960's), Medium-long (Elvis 1950's).

I'd be happy just to have a hair pop up on my chin

I like the long hair he had in 1976.If you compare it with the beginning of 1976,it is normal, but in the summer it's really long.I think it looked great too him in that period

My first boyfriend had the Elvis hairdo and kept it until the day he died. It really suited him.

looks like Elvis had it to just above or around collar length in 1969. Have you asked a barber how to go about getting it to look that way. Take some photos in and chat with them.

If you have thick hair a lot of products won't work, the hair is to heavy for it. My hair just does what it wants and most of the hairdresser say it's cause my hair is to heavy for products to hold it in place.

I think if you get the cut right i don't think you'll need spray or gel. Does anyone know if Elvis used spray on his hair in 1969 doesn't look like it to me.

Let us know how you go

Can you imagine what Elvis could do with his hair nowdays with all of the hair products to choose from??? If he used spray, it didn't last very long. I guess he needed hair "Freeze" with maximum hold.
