A nice article about Elvis getting his black lbelt.
I know Elvis highly into Karate, but if you went to fight him would he kick your ***? He got his black belt because he earned it, right?

"When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was a hero in the movie. So every dream that I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times. I learned very early in life that without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend; without a song. So I keep singing a song." - Elvis Presley

"I have learned never to ridicule any man's opinion, however strange it may seem."
Yeah thanks for the link. On that website there was another article about unrealeased recordings. WHY IS RCA/EPE HOLDING OUT ON US?

Elvis earned his black belt. The degrees of the black belt he received were given to him as honorary degrees - nothing he earned. He was given an eigth degree in 1974. If this was to be actually earned, it would have taken him a lifetime of studying nothing but martial arts.
