I saw "El Greco". It's a movie about the life and death of this famous painter in the 17th century.
Goodbye Rosanne...Your "family" in TCB will always remember you.

At the movies? Last movie was Bourne Ultimatum. Right now I'm watching the Lifetime Christmas marathon - lots and lots of 'chickflicks'. I enjoyed Ghost Rider & Transformers. Best movie I've seen this past year was Wild Hogs!

I saw "Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story" last night.
Didn't think it was anything for me, but actually a great movie (:

Oh hey Jack, that is a great movie and so is The Green Mile. We watch movies every weekend but nothing lately was worth mentioning. One last week was very disappointing from the book "Eragon". The movie changed and left so many important scenes out that it only vaguely resembled the book.

It is not very often that I enjoy both movie and book...One usually disappoints....I think the last I can remember really enjoying was "The Cider House Rules"...a really good film that I enjoyed...then I picked up the book by John Irving and it was even better...I`d reccommend a look at them if you get a chance.

I rented "Mr. Brooks" and "Transformers". Mr. Brooks left me disappointed at the end - very confusing movie. Transformers I didn't get to watch all the way because of too much outside noise going on - so couldn't stay with the film. I'll have to rent it again and try while alone to watch it.

I also rented "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" - seemed okay - but once again it didn't get my full attention as I was cooking and other stuff - but what I did see was sort of cute.

Actually,if Elvis was alive,he would be happy here in Ireland...our national broadcasting station RTE seems to be obsessed with Clint Eastwood...especially the "Dirty Harry" movies!

I saw "Mr. Brooks" this past weekend as well Kelly. I couldn't decide if I liked it or not. Very very different for Kevin Costner.

I think I liked most of the movies mentioned here. I haven't seen Chuck & Larry, but it's on my Must-Watch list. Must pull out Miracle on 34th Street, my favorite Christmas movie. I liked Mr. Brooks, but preferred the Guardian. I also liked Invincible, but I'm a football fan. Yesterday was movie day for son & I, he got to choose, XMen and Smoke Signals, then he allowed me to watch First Wives Club.

I agree, haven't read this one, I'll check into it, after I finish DaVinci Code. Has anyone seen Memoirs of a Geisha? I really enjoyed that book.
