This is a private funded project, meanin the city is backin it 100%.

It definitely won't take no 9 years as what you were referrin to. It'll be done, accordin to EPE tellin the CC, in about 2 years minimum and 4 years max.
Construction and redevelopment could begin as early as mid February.
That's what EPE told the council that they hope for, that I was told.
The thing that a lot of fans aren't mentionin is all the loud noises and interruptions that'll be goin on when folks visit Graceland for the next couple of year because of construction.
The HH is comin down, possibly soon. So where are folks gonna stay?
They'll eventually have to shut down parts of the current plaza to remove all the displays into the new center across the street when it opens.
No mention yet of if the planes will be indoors or out.
They should put them indoors. It aint like they aint got the money or space now, lol.

And according to EPE no new plan for another Elvis Presley's Memphis restaurant, @ the old EPM there is a new owner and Elvis name in the restaurants name but not themed as EPM was so that lays that to rest.
I'm pretty sure there'll be some type of Elvis themed restaurant in the new plans.
The American idol reference was that the show itself might be comin to Memphis with a possible tie-in with the new plans for elimination round or finale. Hello.....Sillerman's financial partner is Simon Fuller, who created AI.
As for the hotel, convention, etc comment.....the original plans were just a CONVENTION HOTEL, not a hotel AND convention center.

I told yall a long time ago, even at the E1 forum, that all the Disney reference was more about it's world famous popularity and they wanna see Graceland get THAT big as far as popularity goes with tourism to the area.
It don't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
I don't mind a few changes outside of graceland but no Disneyland.
There's a BIG diffefrnece.
A theme park is basically an amusement park with thrill rised of a theme.
A thematic, or themed attraction, can be anything that attracts folks with a theme that doesn't require rides.
Sillerman's plannin some type of hi tech museum complex. That's all I know right now.

If there is a restaurant it will be where "Walk A Mile" is now, IF that 's in plans but according to what EPE has said to me no such plans for another Elvis restaurant in plans, nor did Sillerman's reps say there was either.

without the proof people won't believe you, and l shouldn't had to get Epe to email me, you shouldn't of showed the proof in the first place after talking about the changes. Not going to argue with you about this, we got the EPE words end of story.
