This show seems to have been a good one.
It doesn't only seem to be a good one, it is! Elvis was in better shape then in Vegas, his voice was strong and the selection of songs was very good. Besides that, the recording has a good quality considering the source. And as long as no soundboard recordings from this tour are available, this release (or better: "Shining In Portland" by Memory Records) will be the choice.
