Listen. It doesn't matter what you think about me. It's about the kids. The Salvation Army is having a hard time because of the toy recalls. They don't have enough time to check all the toys and some places have stopped distributing toys because it takes away from other needed services. Kids will be going without toys. I don't know if you know what it's like to have your momma tell you santa claus won't be coming this year. But it's very hard especially when your other friends are so happy showing off their toys and you are there with nothing. Not a very good feeling. Everyone please show your concern and try and help in some way. Every little bit helps. Even if you can help only one child, you can feel good that the child you helped can be happy this Christmas. Pull together for this. You are only a child once. It's not about you or me, it's about them.

Oh, thank you so much for detracting from the main concern for this post. Ice water in your veins? Evidently you don't know what it's like to not get anything for Christmas. Well I do. Momma tried to make excuses but I know it was because we didn't have money. And the times I did get toys most of the time came from goodwill industries. That's embarassing enough. I wouldn't wish that on anybody.There are thousands of kids in that situation. Some will not have food much less toys. So, laugh when you think of those poor kids and the only thing that pops up in your mind is whether or not I delete a post. And you don't know how mad it makes me to see someone so unconcerned about the poor kids. And then you want to put it in some obscure spot and detract from the importance. Pal I have donated for years to the Salvation Army, payroll deduction for the United Way, and I donate to practically every "Kettle" I run into. It has nothing to do with what Elvis would have done-nor what a "supposed Elvis"
advises. I donate to help others, period. Have you considered how distasteful it is to post as you do-implying you are "the Elvis"
