    The Last Live Session

Right now I am listening to the Indy '77 concert on a cd called " The Last Live Session". Now to my ears, this cd has much better sound than that of "Audios" cd. It's great..you can hear and understand every word Elvis says..feels like ur their in the front row.

I love this show..the version of Bridge Over Troubled Water has to be one of the best live versions ever done from the 70's.

To end this post, I'd say this is probably the best Audience recording I've ever heard!

Very interesting, Brad. I don't keep up with import releases like I used to; how long has this been around?

Adios has a great sound so this must really be superb! I ended up unintentionally parting with a big part of my collection a few years back but anyway I used to have a VCD of the Indianapolis concert (with lots of footage from Chicago and other venues mixed in) but the sound on it was noticeably better than the Adios CD. I wonder how this might compare to that.

From the way you describe it, it almost sounds like it comes from a different source if it is really that much clearer. Do you know what the story is on that?

Indy was definitely a great concert and being able to hear such awesome audience response really adds to the listening experience. He really did go out on such a high note.

To those who have heard me say this like a hundred times before, I apologize, but for the rest...If FTD ever releases this show, I have the perfect title for the CD. It's my signature. Yes, Ernst, feel free to credit me or just TCB-World in the liner notes.
...you won't forget me when I go.

This show needs a release, for historical purposes and because the sound sources discovered over the years are superior to f.i. Pittsburgh 76, which was released thru FTD.

So why wait with this one?

Bobby I do not know for sure but I would say this is definitley from a different source because the sound is far superior than "Audios".

Not sure why FTD will not release it though, this cd has FAR better sound than the pittsburg 2cdset they released awhile back. Maybe they are saving it for last, I'm not sure

I have bought this cd in Germany (in a regular store!!!) and even with the obviously poor artwork and wrong song titles on the back of the cd, the recording itself sounds very good and the show is a good one, too.

Yeah the artwork wasn't that good at all but man does the sound on this cd make up for the errors.
