The hauntingly beautiful ballad, "I'm Leavin'", was released as the "A" side to "Heart Of Rome" in June of 1971. Elvis recorded "I'm Leavin'" on May 20, 1971 at RCA's Nashville studios. The single release had a nine-week stay on Billboard's "Hot 100" chart, peaking at #36. On the Easy-Listening chart, "I'm Leavin'" reached #2.
This song (in my opinion) is a very underrated song...when combined with footage of Elvis's funeral it never fails to make me bawl like a baby....

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if the song Im leavin' was actually released as a single or on an album. I just love the song. Have finally been able to download it.
