lol franny! good one!
It was the Snowman, or that was one of them. Or are you saying that you want someone to make one up or you've made one up?
He called himself "Colonel Snow" whenever he called Graceland or Elvis or whomever on the road. This was taken from one of his earlier clients, Hank Snow.
Elvis sometimes addressed him as "Admiral".
His childhood nickname was "Dries", but this was used only by his family.
During his army days, he was known as "The Guv" or "Popsy".
And, technically, "The Colonel" itself was just a nickname.

Your GOOOOODDDDDD!!!!!
K where did I hear or read that he was also called the "Snowman"? I swear I read and heard that someplace and that he had it on his letterhead...I've someplace got a pic of his letterhead and indeed there is a pic of a snowman.
Getlo do you know where that nickname was mentioned?
Yes, it comes from a group he started called the Snowmen's League. It was free to join, but you had to pay to leave. Nobody ever did. It was basically a joke, and not a real group. It was for all the hucksters and carnys in his life. Elvis was a member.
He gave out cards like this one attached to all members.
I don't know if he was actually called the Snowman though.

He also allegedly sold advertising to people (who were gullible enough to buy it) in his future autobiography- which was to be written at some unspecified date. He managed Hank Snow and Eddie Arnold before Elvis and both of them for years did not like discussing him.
You're right.He had several nick names.Another one was"THE BRAIN"

Did I know read somewhere where the Colonel moved into Eddie Arnold's house and Eddie couldn't get rid of him so fired him? Anyone else know something about that?
