Jailhouse Rock HD colorizied version. I would like to see all of them in HD.
After seeing Viva Las Vegas transformed to High Definition, I am now predicting that at least half of EP's films will be released in High Def by 2012. I think this is Time Warner's next big plan for the films that they own which is 16 out of 33. And if this does happen, then it would make since to see these films as a big part of the new plans for Graceland for either a digital theater or Imax.
These popular films would benefit greatly and be improved with High Definition technology:
Loving you
King Creole (both black & white and a colorized version)
Roustabout
Blue Hawaii
GI Blues
Girls! Girls! Girls!
It Happened At The World's fair
Flaming Star
Charro
Change Of Habit
That's The Way It Is
Elvis On Tour

I dream a world where man no other man
will scorn. Where LOVE will bless the earth
and peace its paths adorn...
I know I'm in the minority, but for whatever reason HD Doesn't work for me. It
just doesn't look right. I hope they keep it so I can watch the ones I already have on the new machines, which I hear supposedly they will.
Sure hope so JDD. We've been through vinyl LPs, cassettes, VHS tapes, CDs and DVDs. If they change over to something else, we'll be stuck having to replace almost everything if the new machines don't accept them. Maybe there is method to their madness? $$$$$$$$$

I don`t fancy having to start my collection again!....The world is moving too fast for me!!!.......
It will be a long time from now until I will upgrade - and that will definately be after it's been decided whether blu-ray or hd dvd will be on top (oooeerrrr).
But sadly though, I don't think Warner Bros will upgrade all the Elvis movies - this was just a test run for them and I would guess that less than half of all Elvis fans bought the high definition versions (the "special's" as I like to call them, because they are far, far from being "deluxe editions" as claimed on the cover); but were these two releases what us Elvis fans were supposed to be "extremely happy and joyous about"?!?!?!?!?!

It really would be great if we can get this in High Defenition.
I'd like to go to Graceland
Memphis,Tennessee
Look for Blue Hawaii to possibly be the next to be released in High Def with it's beautiful background scenery
