The songs that make me desperately kick my chair are:
Long tall Sally
Shake rattle and roll
Hound Dog
Blue suede shoes
Patch it up
Tiger man
Ready Teddy
Johnny B Goode
...and many more

Wow, some of these answers are a little surprising.
Let's define "rocking" - A hard driving rhythm with a heavy beat and loud guitars matched with a hard driving, raw and loud vocal. Only a few by Elvis actually match that and they happen to be some of my favorite songs. I'll stick to 5:
Hound Dog
Jailhouse Rock
Good Rockin' Tonight
A Big Hunk Of Love
Ain't That Loving You Baby? (the fast version)
Amazingly, all 50's songs. He pretty much crooned the rockers of the 60's and 70's with a few exceptions.
I think JAILHOUSE ROCK 1957 version got them all beat. That song changed the face of music. Before that it was HOUND DOG
Got My Mojo Working
See See Rider
Johnny B
A Big Hunk of Love- Aloha version
My Baby left Me
Got a Lot o Living to Do
Rip It Up
ready teddy
Burning Love
Proud Mary- On Stage album
There's So Many to list.
"When I was a child, ladies and gentlemen, I was a dreamer. I read comic books, and I was a hero in the movie. So every dream that I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times. I learned very early in life that without a song, the day would never end; without a song, a man ain't got a friend; without a song, the road would never bend; without a song. So I keep singing a song." - Elvis Presley
Johnny B. Goode
Polk Salad Annie
Proud Mary
Tiger Man
Promised Land
I Got A Woman

"before you abuse, criticise and accuse... walk a mile in my shoes"
Okay, my list would then include:
Big Hunk of Love
Tiger Man
Baby, Let's Play House
Long Legged Girl - just so I could include a movie song
and no, this is NOT Elvis singing, I could not find Elvis' version, but it's pretty rockin' to ME.
