"American Way" CD series question

I've finally tracked down a copy of all five in this American Way series from the Southern Comfort label after reading so many great reviews. I should have them in a week or so.

(Btw, do any of you have these?)

There is talk that Volume 5 will be the last.

Now, going through the '69 recording sessions, there are several songs that have been left off this series (eg Hey Jude, I'll Be There, Who Am I, some others).

So does this mean that the outtakes aren't available, or what?

Also, what about tracks like Gentle On My Mind, Don't Cry Daddy etc ... not a huge amount of takes given on this series, maybe just an acetate or two. So where are the other takes?
