Er ... thanks anyway, but no.

I prefer to stick with real medicine and science rather than a "therapy" which doesn't even touch the patient!

I'm glad you can join in for a bit.
Goodness, it's probably been 15 years at least since I've worked with Reiki .
If I'm going to have back pain, maybe I need to start again.
I sure don't like the feeling pain meds give nor their side effects.
It's nice to have you here.

Sorry, Tom. I disagree . Larry Geller did the hair; even by the funeral directors statements.
I DO agree it's hard to know who to believe.
    It seems the stories change.

As for seeing Stalin or whomever in the clouds, when you're stoned off your nut, you can see just about anything in the clouds ... and on the wall ... and on your hands ... and in your friends' faces ... etc etc
Like I said the incident about Elvis and Stalin in the clouds was related by Sonny or Red as having been seen by them-and has been reported in a couple books. They implyed it was strange- if not paranormal. I have no opinion on what they saw nor the shape they were all in at the time. I don't recall any mention by them of their physical and mental condition in their account of the incident-so I have not a clue. But it is one of a few moments they have recounted over the years where they seemed to have wondered-how special is Elvis?
Some people do not believe in anything which they can not see, hear or touch-and this kind of thing is something they disdain. Others (perhaps through personal experience) believe in all things described as paranormal.
I would say I'm neither-but have an open mind to all sides.

I've read the same thing about seeing Stalin's face in the clouds but I don't remember anything about Elvis' face though.

I wish I could remember which books its in, I think one might be E-What Happened. Someone noticed Elvis's face in the clouds and right next to it was Stalin. What a combo

So many of us have read a lot of books and it is almost impossible to remember where you read what....unless you're fanatic enough to take notes....which I'm not.

    Hi Doc,

It helped me, after some personal tragedies. I didn't really believe, (but did at the same time, lol, so after this, I had true belief) although I was open, I found that it took an incredible weight from me. Like little angels fluttering down, coming to help.

Take care, Doc, and thanks for being here,

    Kim

Exactly- and I am not going to go through the 60 odd books I have to figure out which one.

Hey KPM, I figure if some can take the MM's word for gospel along with countless others who claim to know the "whole truth" I guess they should be able to take a few snippets of what we've read somewhere as well as it originally comes from them anyway.

I like Larry Geller. I've found he answers my questions ;and he doesn't even charge for it.

IF he tends to "remember the good times" instead of concentrating on the bad,so be it. He's never "white washed" Elvis, IMO, but stresses more on the good memories. I think we all have heard the negative for many years.
It's nice to hear about the good times for a change.
